TERMS OF SALE
These conditions of sale are applicable to all bookings made at the Hotel 3 Vallées by adult individual clients, for the rental of rooms and Suites and apartments.
They do not concern reservations or paid services at the various points of sale of the hotel (bar, restaurant).
These conditions are also applicable for bookings made through a partner (Travel Agent, Tour Operator, on-line travel agents websites other than www.hotel3vallees.com), except the reservation and cancellation policies which are specific to every partner.
PRICES
The prices indicated in the various brochures and advertisements, displays in the hotel and in the rooms are established, unless otherwise specified, on the basis of a seven-night stay from Saturday to Saturday with breakfast included. These are only indicative prices, which cannot be used as a reference for a possible dispute.
The authentic price of the stay is the one communicated in the price proposal drawn up and sent by the hotel, or available on the various websites offering the Hotel 3 Vallées. These rates are subject to change every day. Every reservation is the subject of a quantified and contractual confirmation of stay.
The rates include
- the access to the Wellness facilities: Jacuzzi, Turkish bath, sauna and shower
- 45mn access has to be booked in the morning at Reception, depending on availability
- prohibited for unaccompanied children under 18 years old
- wi-fi internet access
- service and VAT
Half-board includes accommodation, breakfast and the evening menu excluding drinks at our restaurant “L’Olympiski". It begins with dinner on the night of arrival, and ends after breakfast on the day of departure. Half-board has to be chosen for the whole stay. The non-consumption of one or more meals will not give rise to any refund.
The restaurant being closed on Wednesday evening, the necessary will be done not to charge you half board that evening and we will be at your disposal to make a reservation in another restaurant.
Dinner is served in the hotel restaurant from 7:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. In case of arrival after 9:30 p.m., a cold meal tray may be served at the Bar or in the room, subject to informing the hotel no later than 7:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
The rates communicated by the hotel do not include the tourist tax. This is to be paid in addition, upon departure. As an indication, this tourist tax is € 2.64 per night per person aged 18 and over. The amount of the tourist tax may vary depending on the legal provisions in force and the hotel will automatically reflect any variation in this tax, without this being the subject of any complaint.
Likewise, any official variation in VAT will automatically be reflected in the selling prices.
DESCRIPTION
The photographs presented on our website www.hotel3vallees.com as well as in our proposals are not contractual. Even if every best effort is made to ensure that the photographs, graphic representations and texts reproduced to illustrate the Hotel 3 Vallées give as exact an overview as possible of the accommodation services offered, variations may occur, in particular due to the change of furniture or possible renovations. The Customer can not claim any claim of this fact.
TYPES OF ROOMS
Several types of rooms are offered by the hotel depending on availability when requesting a reservation. The room type is only confirmed when sending the booking confirmation, subject to availability.
For a preference in terms of bed arrangement, the customer must request it at the time of booking and subject to availability. Without particular precision, the rooms will be allocated according to availability and the beds prepared according to their default configuration in the room.
Baby cot: the request must be made at the time of booking, so that the hotel can offer a room that can accommodate a baby cot. In the event of a later request, the hotel will do its best to satisfy the customer's request, but cannot guarantee it.
BOOKING
Direct reservations with the hotel:
A stay proposal indicates availability and prices existing at the time of writing, and is in no way a commitment.
When a client wishes to confirm his stay, the hotel cannot be held responsible for changes in availability and prices that have occurred since the proposal was drafted. If necessary, a new proposal can be drawn up.
We do not manage options: a room can be held only if the deposit has been paid.
To confirm, please tell us all the details of the stay (dates, choice of room type, type of reservation, etc.) in order to determine the final amount of the stay and the deposit. We will then send you a link to our secure payment website in order to proceed with the payment of the deposit (50% of the amount of the stay) and the costs for flexible reservation (optional: 8% of the amount of the stay). Payment by bank transfer is also possible.
As long as the deposit has not been paid, the hotel reserves the right to refuse the reservation.
Reservations on our website:
Our website www.hotel3vallees.com reports availability and existing prices in real time. When you book on our website, you will receive an automatic confirmation email which summarizes your order and confirms your payment of the deposit (50% of the amount of the stay) and the flexible booking fee (optional: 8% of the amount of the stay).
CONFIRMATION
A reservation is only confirmed after payment of the deposit. A confirmation of stay is then systematically sent by e-mail.
No room number will be confirmed at this stage, as rooms are allocated at the hotel's discretion.
The payment of the deposit is in fact an acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale
PAYMENT
The balance of the stay, as well as any other service provided by the hotel (extras), must be paid on the day of departure at the latest. To this end, upon arrival at the hotel, a credit card guarantee is requested to cover the expenses of the stay.
No credit can be granted.
We invite our customers to make their arrangements to ensure they have the necessary funds available (request from the bank to increase the weekly spending limit, early payment before or during the stay).
Any payment is possible:
- by bank transfer, provided that the funds arrive by the departure date
- by credit card
- In cash, up to a limit of € 1,000.00 (one thousand euros) per room and per week.
Payments by holiday vouchers or bank checks are not accepted.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be sent by post or e-mail. This cancellation, to be valid, must be confirmed by the hotel in writing, by mail or by e-mail.
"Standard" reservation - 50% of the stay as a deposit
In the event of cancellation, the deposit is retained in its entirety and is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Some offers have free cancellation "X" days prior to arrival. If this is the case, it is clearly stated on your confirmation of stay.
In the event of a no-show or cancellation on the day of arrival or the day before the day of arrival after noon, the entire stay per room will be charged and the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
In the event of a modification of the stay (change of dates, shortening of the stay), the price of the stay will be updated and cancellation fees will be applied.
Flexible reservation - 50% deposit + 8% fee (not refundable)
With the 8% additional fee to be paid on reservation, you can have a refund of the deposit in case of cancellation for an ‘act of God’ reason, illness, death of relatives, as long as they can be documented with reasonable evidence, and if the cancellation is advised before noon of the day before the arrival.
With this option, the deposit will be refund in case you would not be able to travel due to official restrictions related to a pandemic (official evidence required), or in case Hotel 3 Vallées would not be able to welcome you and had to cancel your reservation.
Non-refundable ’reservation - 100% of the stay deposit
Whatever the reason for the cancellation, the deposit is retained in full (non-refundable and non-exchangeable).
In the event of a no-show or cancellation on the day of arrival, the entire stay per room will be charged and the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
In the event of a modification of the stay (change of dates, shortening of the stay), each cancelled night will be invoiced and the rating of the stay may be reviewed.
NB: are considered as force majeure or fortuitous event those usually recognized by the jurisprudence of the French Courts and Tribunals.
Failure to comply with current health standards is your responsibility and will result in the cancellation of your stay, without any refund, regardless the type of reservation and the cancellation date.
CANCELLATION BY THE HOTEL
In the event that the reserved room is not available, Hotel 3 Vallées undertakes to offer a room in a higher category than the one reserved, without supplement, and without compensation.
In the event that Hotel 3 Vallées is closed, all reservations will then be cancelled and the deposit refunded, less 6% of the total amount of the stay with a minimum of € 60.00 per room, administration fees, except for flexible reservations.
EARLY DEPARTURE
Any stay started is due in full.
The entire deposit remains with the establishment in the event of interruption of the stay. Likewise, the total amount of the booked stay is due in its entirety. Early departures and services not consumed by the customer, for any reason whatsoever, do not give the right to any refund or reduction. The balance of the stay, extra included, will be invoiced in full. In particular, meals not taken will not be deducted.
Customers interrupting their stay early may request reimbursement from their insurance for the nights billed and not consumed, subject to presentation of a certificate. Under no circumstances will the refund be due from the hotel establishment.
RULES OF STAY
Reception is open every day 8 AM to 9:30 PM
To obtain the room keys, the customer must present:
- a valid ID
- a credit card as a guarantee of his stay, in the same name as the identity document
- a confirmation of stay
- a valid European health pass if required by current legislation
Failing this, the hotel may refuse to provide the service reserved and may cancel the reservation, at the customer's expense (100% of the stay due).
In the case of a customer who has not made a reservation, the following will be asked:
- a valid ID
- a credit card as a guarantee of his stay, in the same name as the identity document
- 100% prepayment of the stay, parking and tourist taxes
- a valid European health pass if required by current legislation
In order to guarantee the stay, Hotel 3 Vallées may need to pre-authorize an amount corresponding to the total amount of the stay, less the deposit already paid, plus € 90 per day and per person. This amount blocked on the credit card does not in any way constitute a deposit, but an advance.
In the event that the number of people staying in the room is greater than that indicated in the confirmation of stay, the hotel may, in accordance with the safety standards of each room:
- accept one or more additional people in the category initially reserved, with supplement
- offer a larger room, with supplement
- offer an additional room, with supplement
- and, in the absence of availability, the hotel may refuse the stay to people not provided for in the initial reservation
The client accepts and agrees to use the room and the common areas made available to him in a reasonable and respectful manner.
Any behavior contrary to the principles of safety, hygiene, good morals, or disturbing public order may lead the hotel to ask the customer to leave the establishment, without refund.
Any damage caused by the customer or by its occupants in the hotel grounds and outbuildings during their stay must be reported to reception and the costs of repair or replacement are at their expense.
If infringements or degradations are noted after departure, the amount of compensation will be debited from the bank card of the customer concerned.
The hotel reserves the right not to receive, or to end the stay of a client, without any refund, in the event that the latter has an indecent or neglected outfit, noisy or incorrect behavior towards other customers or our staff, or would be too drunk.
The rooms are available to guests from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival. They must be vacated no later than 10 a.m. on the day of departure. If the customer wishes to keep his room beyond 10 a.m., he must make a request to reception at least 12 hours in advance. Late check-out can only be granted if the availability of the hotel allows it. Any departure between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m. will be invoiced at 35 €, between 12 p.m. and 2 p.m .: 50 €, between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m .: 65 € and 95 € between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. Beyond that, the night will be due in full.
This rate is doubled for Suites with 2 or more bedrooms.
CHILDREN POLICY
Those responsible for children are asked to ensure that they do not enter the rooms reserved for members of staff. Any incident caused by a child will be the responsibility of the responsible adult. The responsible adult agrees to pay for any order placed by the child under his responsibility.
The Wellness area is not under supervision, and by the way is prohibited for children under 18
LUGGAGE
The hotel has no luggage room but can store the guest’s luggage in the common areas of the hotel. By the way, Hotel 3 Vallées can not under any circumstances be held responsible for the theft, loss or damage to luggage stored for its customers. Animals, flammable products, dangerous objects will not be accepted.
SMOKING POLICY
In accordance with the law of January 1, 2008, the entire hotel is non-smoking. Please respect this restriction, also, in the rooms. A flat rate of € 80 per day will be charged, if you smoke in your room, to compensate for the complete cleaning of carpets and fabrics and to eliminate tobacco odors for the following occupants. We thank you for not throwing cigarette butts out of windows and over balconies.
INSURANCE
The hotel takes out and maintains valid civil liability insurance, covering bodily injury and material damage to customers as a result of its operation, for the duration of their stay. Customers are advised to purchase any other insurance necessary for their personal coverage. "Snow" insurance can be taken out when purchasing the ski pass, or from the ski lift offices.
CLAIMS PROCESSING, DISPUTES
Any complaint relating to a service must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the Hotel 3 Vallées. Any dispute concerning the interpretation or performance of the contract which could not have been the subject of an amicable settlement will be brought before the Albertville Commercial Court. Any collection costs are the responsibility of the customer.
